FAQ

Welcome! In 2020, like many, I got bored at home and started playing with food. Charcuterie, dessert, and themed boards have become a staple in our house for holidays, movie nights, and basically any random day. I started making treat cups, boards, and boxes for friends and couldn’t stop. I'm a stay at home mom of three with my hands in a lot of things. who knew that I'd add meat and cheese to that?

Mom of Brie Boards has been born in Tyler, Texas.

Get it…mom of 3…mom of Brie.

It is a bad pun but I love it. I've also extended the puns to the names of my boxes. I don't know whether to hide my head in shame or laugh at myself. Either way, Please feel free to request anything.

Do you deliver?

I prefer pickup. I will deliver within a 5 mile radius in Tyler, Tx, when noted. If you are not in Tyler, I'm more than happy to meet you in a agreed upon spot. Please feel free to email or message me for more details or questions.

Do you have a box/treat for (insert day here)?

I make special boxes and candy cones for many different occasions from large holidays to special Calendar days. Ex: Valentines Day, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, Teacher Appreciation, National Nurses Day, and more. Always be on the lookout on the home page and social media accounts for current specials.!

What is the difference between a Platter & a Board?

Platters are made on round trays/plates, whereas Boards are on a square or rectangular surface. Really the only difference is presentation. Sizes and portions are very much the same. As of 11/2021 I am working on acquiring some beautiful boards and platters for your party presentations.

What kind of cheese do you use?

I try my best to find high quality, great tasting cheeses for every build. I always start with brie and sharp cheddar. Others likely to show up are white cheddar, gouda, herb cheese spread, and goat cheese. I love to find seasonal flavors and specialty combinations. These are sometimes harder to find. If you want a certain type or avoid a certain flavor, please let me know. I hope you enjoy my cheese selections as much as I do.
